Greg Wakatsuki
Greg Wakatsuki is the Chief Executive Officer of Young Moon, Inc. Mr. Wakatsuki has over 30 years of successfully managing complex programs for Government and Industry. His current portfolio of responsibilities entail Directing Aegir’s Innovation and Logistics operations. Mr. Wakatsuki was appointed by the Office of Naval Research Technology Transfer (T2) Office and served as the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Port Hueneme Division Office of Research and Technology Application (ORTA) Manager. For over a decade Greg Wakatsuki was responsible for the implementation of the Navy T2 program, e.g., licensing and commercialization of governmentally developed intellectual property. Greg attended the Defense Acquisition University and earned an Acquisition Certification as a DAU Logistics Level III (highest level). He is an Army veteran, studied chemistry at the University of Utah, earned an associate degree, and worked 30+ years in various roles as a DOD civil servant, e.g., Defense Contracts Administration Agency, Quality and Product Assurance Specialist, Logistics Department Quality Assurance/Reliability Lead, Naval Surface Warfare Center-Port Hueneme Test and Evaluation Division Sustainment Manager, and was Appointed Navy Office of Research and Development Applications (ORTA) Representative.
R. Bong Vergara
R. Bong Vergara is the co-founder of Young Moon, Inc., where he serves as Co-CEO. He has a long track record in social innovation and social science research, having conducted social epidemiology for a county public health agency; data visualization and metrics development for the Naval Surface Warfare Center -Port Hueneme Division (NSWC-PHD); and program evaluation for the UN Science, Technology, and Innovation Forum and NSWC-PHD. He taught at USC, UCLA, and The California Endowment Health Ex/Change Academy. He was a former Co-Chair of the California Mental Health Services Act Multicultural Coalition (CMMC) and served on the Health Reform Advisory Committee for Rep. Loretta Sanchez. Mr. Vergara has published reports and presented briefings before the National Academy of Science, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM), as well as, the Subcommittee on Populations of the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics.

Andre Lyles is COO at Young Moon, Inc. He directs daily operations, connecting the dots. With 18-years experience as a Program Manager in the United States Air Force, Andre has held various leadership positions across diverse industries. Through these roles, he’s honed skills in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Andre is recognized for his exceptional leadership abilities and commitment to driving operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Andre has a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging insights and analytics to inform strategic initiatives and achieve measurable results.
Leah Parsario
Leah Parsario is Chief HR Officer with Young Moon, Inc. She is a versatile Human Resource leader with a 17-year military background. She is adept at collaborating with diverse resources to build strategic coalitions that deliver results. Leah provides a deep expertise and high-level perspective on training and development, process improvements, and personnel management. She is skilled at identifying strengths of others and leveraging those strengths to achieve organizational goals and drive personal professional growth.
Brian Takahashi
Brian Takahashi is Head of Media for Young Moon, Inc. 25 years of experience in the film and TV industry both in front of and behind the scenes, innovative storyteller using various mediums to bring to life new, groundbreaking and thought-provoking narratives. Creative expert who combines the skills and talent from being on different productions with FOX/Disney, Lionsgate, IFC, Tencent LightSpeed LA and also working with directors like Sam Remi and Clint Eastwood to bring their own unique fingerprint to new projects.

Mike Magturo is Head of Marketing for Young Moon, Inc. Experienced in the not-for-profit, corporate and entrepreneurial sectors, he brings an impactful breadth of insights to delivering ideas on various platforms.
Engr. Ma. Cleofas O. Maceda
Engr. Ma. Cleofas O. Maceda, is the Young Moon Philippines Chief Country Officer. A Professional Mechanical Engineer and Environmental Engineer, graduate of BSME, MMBM, MSEnE, and Candidate for the Degree of PhD EnE from the University of the Philippines Diliman, with over 20 years of experience in environment and sustainability, in both the public and private sectors, in the following areas of competence: Pollution Control and Management; Hazardous Waste and Management; Soil Remediation; Water and Wastewater Management - Design and Control, Operation and Maintenance; Environmental Systems and Compliance; Circular Economy; Environmental Impact Assessment; Environmental Risk Assessment. She was the 2022 National President of the Pambansang Samahan ng Inhenyero Mekanikal, Inc (PSIM); Ambassador Remtech Europe from 2022 to present; Vice President of the Water & Wastewater Mechanical Systems Specialists, Inc. from 2020 to present - an organization of international environmental experts and consultants; 2007 & 2008 National President of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME); 2019 Awardee as Fellow by the PSME, the highest award the Society can bestow to a mechanical engineer; and Inspiring Women Engineer awarded by the Philippine Technological Council – Women Networks Engineers. She has been Poster and Technical Paper Presenter for Local and International Conferences: 2009 ASEAN Chemical Engineering Conference in Manila; 2010 5th International Conference on Waste Management & Technology, Beijing, China; 2012 Environmental Microbiology Conference, Bologna, Italy; 2014 Water Security Summit, Puttajaya, Malaysia; 14th, 15th & 16th Conference on Environmental Science & Technology, Rhodes, Greece, 2015, 2017 & 2019.
